SP4N LAPOR! is a complaint management system that allows users to submit complaints related to public services at all levels of government. Developed by the Office of the Presidential Staff, the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, and the OMBUDSMAN, the program aims to increase public participation in program supervision and government performance in the implementation of development and public services.

With SP4N LAPOR!, users can submit complaints via the application, website, SMS, and social media, which will be verified by the administrator and forwarded to the related agency within three working days. The program also features tracking IDs, allowing users to search for complaints, anonymous and confidential reporting options, and map and categorization features to monitor issues at various scales and perspectives.
