SONI is a Chrome extension developed by PYROGSS that acts as a bridge between Salesforce Lightning web app and WhatsApp Web. By adding SONI to Chrome, users can seamlessly manage WhatsApp chats, create contacts, and notes without leaving their Salesforce Lightning tab.

With SONI, users can easily open WhatsApp chats by clicking on any phone field of their contacts/leads or by mobile number. It allows users to open contacts/leads directly from the chat's header and prompts to create a new one if not found. Moreover, SONI facilitates creating call logs using 'Selection Mode' and offers Templates for quick replies and sending repetitive messages to contacts/leads.
