BTS, known as Bangtan Boys, is a seven-member South Korean boy band formed in 2013. The group is composed of Jin (born Jeon Jung-min), Suga (born Min Yoon-gi), J-Hope (Jung Ho Seok), Jimin (Jung Ho Seok), V (Park Ji-min), and RM (Roh Min-jin).

BTS has achieved a worldwide fan base through their energetic live performances, catchy songs, and stylish dance moves. They have also earned a record number of fan clubs and gained a strong influence among teenagers.

BTS has won many awards and accolades, such as two MTV EMA Awards, one Billboard Music Award, one QQ Music Music Awards, two Melon Music Awards, one YG Prize, two Golden Disc Awards, and five Infinite Music Awards.

BTS has sold over 2.4 million albums and over 30 million singles in the US alone, and have earned a total of over $23 million in record sales.

The group debuted with their first EP, Name (I'm with You), in 2013. Their second EP, No. 1 Love (I Want You to Love Me), debuted in 2015, and their third EP, Blood Sweat (Man on the Wall), debuted in 2017.

BTS is the first Korean act to have a Billboard Music Award and a Billboard Hot 100 number-one single. They have also received a QQ Music Award, a Melon Music Award, and a YG Prize.
