somnio is an approved "app on prescription" for patients with sleep disorders (insomnia).

The app, developed by the medical team at the University of Munich, has been extensively tested by the German Institute for Medical Devices and the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices.

It consists of several modules in which you can go through various exercises. The training is based on a cognitive-behavioral approach and helps you to develop new sleep habits.

It is a digital health application and therefore meets the highest security and privacy standards.

The medical team at the University of Munich has developed the app in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania.
