How often do you check your phone or tablet? Every day? Every hour? Every time your phone is turned on? It's time to relax.

At any given moment, your phone or tablet may be performing dozens of operations at once. And all of them are happening in the background, without any user interaction. This is why it's so hard to catch up with your apps.

If you're like most people, you download an app, open it, use it for a while, then uninstall it and move on to the next app. That is a perfectly normal and reasonable thing to do. But there's a problem with this practice. It creates a problem for the people who develop the apps, because the app you just downloaded may have bugs that you found and reported. And if the app is going to be a "thing" then there is a chance that it will be released with a lot of bugs.

Software Update is a solution to this problem. It is a tool that checks for updates on your apps and will notify you if there are updates.

How does it work?

The app checks your device's version. If it is the latest version, it is done. Otherwise, it checks for updates. The updates are stored in the database.
