Social Relief is a free app that makes you forget about Facebook, for a specified period of time.

You can set the duration to one day, week, or month. You will be redirected to Facebook when you try to visit it, and you will be able to continue using it as usual.

In the first place, Social Relief was created as a tool to help people to stay away from Facebook. We're against the idea of creating a social network and sharing private information.

We would prefer if you use it to visit Facebook, and share with your friends some moments of happiness.
