Social Media Lite is a Chrome extension developed by Himanshu Singh that aims to help users regain control over their social media usage. As we all know, social media can often be a distraction, causing us to lose focus on important tasks and preventing us from being fully present in our daily lives.

With Social Media Lite, you can block social media platforms to create a distraction-free environment and increase productivity. By adding your daily tasks to the extension, it will automatically block access to social media until you have completed your tasks. This feature helps you stay on track and avoid mindlessly scrolling through your social media feeds when you should be working.

Additionally, the extension allows you to selectively block certain parts of social media. If you find yourself spending too much time on features like Reels or the infinite news feed, you can delete these parts and still browse the rest of the platform. This feature gives you more control over your social media experience, allowing you to focus on what matters most to you.

Overall, Social Media Lite is a useful tool for those who struggle with social media addiction and want to make the most of their time. It has been developed with a personal understanding of the challenges posed by excessive social media use, and aims to help users achieve their best work and build meaningful relationships.
