صندوق التكافل الاجتماعي (Social Solidarity Fund) is a savings fund created for employees of the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education sector. Established in 1977 as "The Orphans Fund" and later developed under the current name, the fund is managed by a board of directors made up of ministry employees, including teacher representation. The fund operates according to its internal regulations, which are approved by the board of directors and the Minister of Education and Higher Education.

The fund holds financial accounts in its name with financial institutions operating in Palestine. As a social savings fund, it provides financial support for members in cases of marriage, death, illness, or other emergencies.
