Snake and Ladder is an ancient Indian dice rolling board game, wherein a player rolls the dice and moves his piece according to the results. The object of the game is to navigate from the start to the finish, helped or hindered by ladders and snakes.

A number of ladders and snakes are pictured on the board, each connecting two specific board squares. 

The main objective of the game is to move your piece from the start to the finish, from bottom square to top square.

Snake and Ladder is played between two or more players on a board having numbered, gridded squares.
