SmartHail is a free iPhone application developed by SmartMove Systems Pty Ltd. It is designed to facilitate bookings in any fleet that uses the SmartMove dispatching system. With SmartHail, users can easily create bookings using their current location or by entering an address.

The app offers two types of bookings: 'As Soon As Possible' or Pre-Booking. Users can manage multiple bookings and receive notifications when the vehicle is en-route or has arrived at the pickup address. One of the key advantages of using SmartHail is that there is no need to wait on hold for an operator to take the booking, as it can be placed directly from the app.

Once a driver accepts the booking, the vehicle's location is displayed on the map, providing real-time tracking. SmartHail covers various locations within Australia and New Zealand, making it convenient for users in those areas.
