Smart MFG is an iPhone app by PTC Inc. that immerses users in a superhero-themed augmented reality (AR) experience. The app takes you on a journey to manufacture a drone, starting from design and 3D printing to assembly and quality testing. By moving and tilting your device, you can witness the AR capabilities in action, making the manufacturing process engaging and interactive.

You can scan target images from the Smart Manufacturing comic book, available within the app or at select MFG Day events organized by the National Association of Manufacturers and the Manufacturing Institute. If you don't have the comic book, you can easily email it to yourself from the app for printing in grayscale or color.
