With this app, members of the club and those referred by members can easily schedule their medical check-ups without any restrictions on time or location. Additionally, users can view their own check-up results and track any changes over time as they undergo multiple check-ups throughout the year. The app also provides information and updates about the check-up process, allowing users to feel more connected and informed.

Key Features:

• Smart Membership Card: Users can view their registration information and use the app as a digital membership card during check-ups.
• Check-Up Rights Information: Users can check their check-up rights based on their registered membership information. They can also view their current reservation status and past check-up history.
• Request Reservations: Users can request reservations for specific dates or floating reservations. The app also offers options for waitlists and floating reservations.
• Result Reports: Users can view their check-up results, including numerical data and images.

Please note that there are some membership types that may not have access to all features, and the app is only available for personal use by the individuals undergoing the check-ups. Registration can be done within the app, and a smartphone capable of receiving SMS messages is required for registration. The viewing of result reports is available for check-ups started after April 1, 2019 (with some exceptions), and requires the registration of a separate "Result Report Authentication Code."
