Smales Farm is a free iPhone application developed by Rad3 Limited that aims to revolutionize the way we work. It offers a smarter way of working together by reimagining and reinventing the traditional workplace to deliver a work environment that the next generation is seeking. The app dares to break many of the rules that define what a workplace is by fearlessly embracing innovation, incorporating the latest technology and making the work/life balance more of a blend.

Apart from the innovative work environment, Smales Farm is also home to open green spaces, abundant native trees, excellent transport links, green technology, NZ's largest and smartest co-working building, and a diverse range of events and activities that the entire community can enjoy.
