Skyss Billett is a free Android application developed by Skyss that allows you to purchase public transportation tickets in zone Bergen easily and quickly. With this app, you can buy both single tickets and season tickets, as well as youth tickets (from 16 y.o. until the month you turn 20) for 30 days, valid in Hordaland county and parts of Rogaland county. Four payment methods can be used in the application including mobile account, credit card (VISA/MasterCard), phone bill (only single tickets), and Vipps.

The application also allows you to associate multiple users to one mobile account, so that travels are charged to only this account. Refilling the account is easiest to do directly in the application with VISA/MasterCard, but it is also possible to use a regular money transfer with a KID-number. After downloading the app, you only have to add your credit cards the first time you use them. The newest version of the application contains a brand new design, with a cleaner and more modern look, and new features including single tickets for dogs and bikes, 24h tickets for adults, children, and seniors, and a 2 minute countdown before the ticket is activated to avoid people purchasing their ticket just before an inspection.
