Skyrim Skill Uncapper is a free mod for Skyrim that removes the caps character’s skills. You can keep leveling up even after hitting the maximum of 100 points up until the level you redefine it to. 

Skyrim -Community- Uncapper is another older Skyrim uncapping mod. It was a fan favorite mod until the Skyrim Skill Uncapper was released. Additionally, Skyrim Skill Uncapper has bugs that are addressed in Skyrim Skill Uncapper(fixed). You can also check out Simply Knock SE.

Merit in uncapping

In the Vanilla version of Skyrim, you could level any skill only up to 100. If you use Skyrim Skill Uncapper, you can continue leveling up to any level you redefine it to. The mod automatically comes with a much higher cap of 999. You can become extremely powerful in any class with unhindered leveling up until you reach level 999. 

Even though it sounds incredible to have a massive health bar, high weapon damage, and high-level skills, many players get bored by the time they even reach level 81, which is the cap on the Vanilla version. They often set their caps to 199 and keep changing their skills to keep the game interesting and challenging.

What you can do with the mod

With the Skyrim Skill Uncapper, you can redefine perks, carry more weight, magicka, and stamina gained per level up, as well as skill level caps and skill formula caps. You can modify almost every mentioned parameter. The mod also has a couple of tweaks for legendary skills and a training bug fix too.

A powerful mod

Skyrim Skill Uncapper lets you essentially become the most powerful being in Skyrim with uncapped skills. That aside, even if you don’t aim for that, the mod allows you to climb the power ladder in every class and skill, making the game quite interesting. 

There are a few bugs, but they’re resolved in the new mod, Skyrim Skill Uncapper(fixed). There are several other add-ons that use this mod, and you’ll need xSHADOWMANx's Dll Loader if you’re planning on an off-site installation. Overall, it’s ideal if you want to move beyond the default cap setting.
