Skipper Directory is an Android application developed by putevodka that serves as a comprehensive reference book for small ship skippers and navigators. The compiler of the application is sailing and motoring master-instructor Konstantin Lakin, who has vast experience teaching and sailing in the Black and Mediterranean Seas, Pacific, and Indian Oceans. The current version of Skipper Directory contains official information adopted based on teaching experience, providing fast search, palpability, and easy learning.

The application contains ICS Flags with Latin and Gerke (Morze) alphabet, flag meanings, codes of main flag combinations, horns and bells in sight of one another, in restricted visibility, manoeuvring, warning, distress, Beaufort Scale on 12-point OMM/WMO Standard (Organisation Meteorologique Mondiale / World Meteorological Organization), Sea State Code on 9-point OMM/WMO Standard (Organisation Meteorologique Mondiale / World Meteorological Organization), and Vessel navigation lights in accordance with the ColReg-72 latest edition.
