With the Horizontal Shaft Alignment App, you can quickly and intuitively make accurate and repeatable alignments of rotating machines such as motors, drills, mills, and other types of shaft-turning machines. The aligner uses the line laser method, which uses a laser and receiver to measure and correct the shaft alignment. 

How to use the app?

To use the app, first install and launch it. Then you need to connect the app with the TKSA hardware. To connect, you need to locate the Bluetooth® module on the device, open it, and select the device you want to connect to. Once the connection has been established, you can use the app to make your first alignment.

How to align a rotating machine?

First, you need to connect the app with the TKSA hardware. Then, open the hardware, and select the target machine you want to align. Next, you need to select the target rotation speed. After that, you need to start the app, and the target machine will start rotating. You need to observe the target rotation speed, and if it is correct, you will see a number on the screen.
