This is a mod for the game. The main purpose of this mod is to provide a deep winter weather system for Skellige. There are a lot of changes, the most important of which are the following:

The weather is changed to a wide variety of different cold, foggy environments, wind levels that range from eerily calm to making the ocean waves surge.

There is a wide variety of new snow effects from slow, gentle snowfall to icy flurries to blizzards.

It is possible to trigger any of these weather effects, and it is possible to have a couple of them trigger at the same time.

The most important thing about this mod is that there are a lot of new snow effects that were not present in Skellige before.
