What is Skald?

Skald - Extended Lore Texts is a series of extended lore and immersive text content for runestones and dreams.

The mod adds a series of lore-friendly and immersive text content to runestones and random dreams.

The most notable change is that the entire text content is expanded significantly, including extra norse-related fluff, dreams triggered by progression, and portents of things to come.

The mod is made in such a way that it is risk-free and can be disabled without affecting save games.

How to use it

You will need to download and install BepInEx Valheim

Then, download this mod and move the files into the game location.

If there are any installation problems, please leave a comment in the thread.

Config

The default settings will work for most servers, but it is recommended that you configure the settings for your server.
