SK매직 서비스센터 is a mobile customer center for SK magic products, rental service information provision, and IoT service. This app provides easy solutions to questions and self-check methods for product users. It also offers consultation reservation (online/phone/video), chat consultation, and visit reservation (AS/pre-installation). Users can change their member information and rental information, payment information, and purchase components directly through the app. Additionally, the app provides Voice of Customer registration, card news, and events, and IoT service provision (device registration/device control/status inquiry).

Upon installation, the app displays informational or commercial mobile content provided by the incoming/outgoing party with the user's consent. Users can withdraw their consent to use the service by making a request at the ARS for refusal of use. The app requires authorization to use some services, including the camera for AS reception and QR code, storage space for AS reception, and phone to connect with the customer center. The app also offers optional access rights for location to search for nearby devices and notifications for notifications.
