Siren Head is a fictional character in the Minecraft video game series, who first appeared in a mod released on August 22, 2012. It was developed by artist Trevor Henderson and has been the focus of several other expansions and releases.

With the Siren Head Addon for MC PE, you can summon a Siren Head when attacking a player with the use of certain items that have the “siren” enchantment. It can also be called upon by either summoning it at night or making it appear when a certain entity is targeted. If the monster attacks and kills a player, it will return with an "I've lost your soul" message.

Some versions of the siren may appear as normal mobs, but often its variants are summoned as entities, such as "Frigate", "Banshee", or "Vampyre". A variant that is summoned is determined by the mob killer.
