Sintesys Student, developed by Universitas Siliwangi, is a mobile gateway to the university's Integrated Information System that lets students manage administrative and academic records from mobile devices. The app gives direct access to academic profiles, schedules, and administrative notices to support day-to-day planning. Designed for enrolled undergraduate and postgraduate students, it reduces campus administrative visits and keeps study planning tied to institutional data and timely announcements.

Sintesys acts as the university's official mobile administration hub

The app integrates with the university's central database, making institutional records available on a handheld interface. It is the official mobile client maintained by the university's technical information unit, presented as a lighter alternative to the web portal. That official connection removes several in-person steps for routine queries and replaces queues for basic administrative information with on-device access.

It supports study planning by exposing timetables, registration controls, and calendars

Schedule visibility is detailed

Students can check progress, attendance records, and financial status on the go

Progress tracking is available directly in the app. The interface provides access to semester result sheets (KHS) and transcript lookups, plus digital monitoring of lecture attendance. Financial status tracking shows tuition (UKT) and other administrative payments. When data appear incorrect, the app's documentation directs students to faculty administration or the IT unit for verification.

Access is limited to active UNSIL students and depends on online synchronization

Authentication requires university credentials

A practical administrative companion for enrolled UNSIL students

Sintesys is a practical option for enrolled UNSIL students who want direct mobile control of administrative records and study planning. One limitation is periodic responsiveness issues during peak registration periods, which can interrupt tasks. Practical tip: perform heavy administrative actions outside known registration windows. The app suits learners who prioritize quick, institution-backed access to academic status rather than full desktop workflows.
