The buyer can order their new registration certificate immediately and obtain a provisional certificate of registration, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

It is important to note that the service is currently only available to sellers residing in Normandy, Centre Val de Loire, and Ile-de-France. However, buyers from any location in France can order their registration certificate. Simplimmat supports only vehicles with the new registration format (AA-123-AA) and those of VP, TM, QM, QLEM, CL, CYCL, CTTE, MTL, MTT1, or MTT2 types, which includes cars, tricycles, quadricycles, two or three-wheeled mopeds, and motorcycles. The app is easy to use, and the process is straightforward, making it a go-to app for vehicle transactions.
