Simple Discard Tab is a browser extension for discarding tabs that are inactive for 3 minutes or more. This is a useful and simple extension to reduce memory usage of the web browser.

There are many browser-based solutions, but this one is unique because it’s an extension that gives you the option to discard an individual tab and keep the remaining tabs as they were when you closed the tab.

You can also set an option to automatically discards inactive tabs every 30 minutes.
