This app allows users to receive broadcasts from the Yokkaichi City disaster prevention radio (fixed system) on their smartphones in both audio and text formats. In case of emergencies like evacuation orders, users can not only receive notifications but also have the option for the information to automatically play at maximum volume, aiding in quick and simple safety actions. As long as there is an internet connection, users can receive information from their registered area no matter where they are in the country. Note that the app does not collect device location information.

The app also provides a "Reception History" feature, allowing users to review the most recent 30 broadcasts from the Yokkaichi City disaster prevention radio in both audio and text formats as many times as needed. Users can even access the reception history without an internet connection, though an internet connection is necessary for receiving audio and text information.
