Shop'NCook is the smart solution for your cooking and grocery shopping. Recipes are easily added by typing them in, pasting from the clipboard, or importing directly from the internet: no formatting is necessary. The wizard interprets the recipes, links them to the database of grocery items or to other recipes and yields an accurate nutritional analysis without the need for user intervention.

At the heart of Shop'NCook lies a database of more than 2,000 grocery items with nutritional and unit information. It is powered by a parsing engine using an original technology able to recognize the ingedients with a great accuracy, understand hundreds of unit specification formats and interpret many culinary terms.

When a recipe is typed or pasted into the recipe wizard, the parsing engine recognizes the ingredient lines, links them with the database of grocery item, marks the comments that need to be added to the shopping list, interprets the units and computes the nutritional analysis - all in a completely automated way.
