Shibata Supermercados embodies dedication, honesty, and determination instilled by its founders' parents. The ethos of mutual respect and unity propelled the successful expansion of the group.

Strategically, in late 1999, the six units in Mogi das Cruzes were sold. Subsequently, the group resumed operations by acquiring existing supermarkets and opening new stores, alongside the Kimoto brothers.

With 28 stores spread across various cities like Caçapava, Caraguatatuba, and São Miguel, Shibata Supermercados also ventures into the home and gifts segment, boasting five units and a Shopping complex in São José dos Campos with a total of 150 stores, 100 of which are already operational.
