Abyssal Fear 1948 is an intense and fear-filled survival game that puts players in a nerve-wracking scenario. Set in 1948 in a secretive underground biological laboratory in D country, players take on the role of a Z country special agent who wakes up trapped in a small room. Surrounded by eerie animal sounds and weakly lit surroundings, the mirror reflection reveals a sense of dread as players find themselves plunged into the depths of fear.

Players must navigate a complex underground maze to locate three radio transmitters and send a signal to their organization to complete the mission. However, evil biological warriors from experiments roam the maze, tracking and hunting players down. With a time limit of 5 days to complete the mission, the pressure is on to avoid a fatal blow to the organization. Abyssal Fear 1948 is not for the faint-hearted, featuring jump scares and horror elements that may unsettle players with heart conditions.
