Shell Shockers is a quirky free-to-play multiplayer first-person action-shooter game that lets you play as a sentient egg wielding guns and funny costumes. Developed by Blue Wizard Digital, Shell Shockers is web browser-based and lets you play right from the start, no download required. It’s a cute-looking game with a classic shooter gameplay, allowing you to go up against other players all over the world.

FPS fun

Shooter games are quite the popular genre of video games, especially for online multiplayer. Going up against real people—and not the computer-generated AI characters of a game—add more challenges and really tests your skills on aspects like reaction time and strategizing. There are three modes: Free for All, Teams, and Capture the Spatula—which is pretty much just “Capture the Flag.” You can earn credits, as well, which you can use to buy costumes and weapons.

If you’d like to try a different shooter game that’s quick to load up and easy on the eyes, then Shell Shockers is a recommended title. It’s easy to boot up since you just use your browser to play and much of the fun will come from your matches with other players in your chosen server region. Of course, with any online multiplayer game, you need to have a good internet connection, but other than that, this is a nice game for any FPS fan.
