SHAHEN (شحن) from Feker technologies is a digital logistics marketplace built to connect shippers and carriers across Saudi Arabia. The app enables mobile booking and shipment monitoring through a single interface, focusing on land transport workflows. Key capabilities include vehicle reservation, driver verification, and centralized document handling for delivery paperwork and invoices. It targets fleet owners, corporate logistics teams, and occasional shippers who need a mobile-first way to manage domestic freight operations.

SHAHEN operates as a two-sided marketplace for verified carriers

The app matches shippers with a verified network of truck owners and drivers via an automated bidding and matching system, reducing manual broker negotiation. Driver authentication integrates with the national Wassel platform, and truck owners register by submitting business details, fleet size, and vehicle numbers; verification normally completes within 24 to 48 hours. This setup supports both one-off bookings and recurring business contracts without paper-based matching.

It addresses vehicle variety and paperwork common to regional freight

The app lists vehicles that cover typical land freight needs, including:

• Trailers
• Lorries
• Six-wheelers
• Dyna trucks
• Pickups

Fleet operators get monitoring and partner-focused management

Fleet owners and partners access dashboard-style management for vehicles, drivers, and jobs, with real-time location updates and in-app messaging to coordinate loads. The partner interface groups vehicles and ongoing jobs for easier route planning and recurring contract handling. Centralized invoicing per vehicle helps reduce manual reconciliation when multiple trips and drivers operate under the same account.

Integration, payments, and platform compatibility match local operations

The app connects with national services and accepts common electronic payments, including Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Compatibility targets iPhone devices running iOS 15.1 or later and extends to iPad and Apple Vision Pro hardware. In-app support links shippers, drivers, and carriers, while the automated bidding mechanism keeps rate offers visible to participants during tendering.

Best suited to domestic logistics teams that need a mobile dispatch layer

SHAHEN is a practical option for logistics managers and fleet operators focused on national land transport who require a mobile-centred marketplace aligned with local administrative workflows and carrier accountability and reporting. The trade-off is a narrow operational scope: organisations that coordinate international, air, or maritime freight across multiple jurisdictions should evaluate broader multimodal platforms instead.
