It displays up to 6 properties on a single screen, in a format that's easy to understand. You can easily see which properties offer the best ROI for your cash.

You can easily adjust how much you want to see of each property and how many properties you want to see on the screen. If you want to view just one or a few properties at a time, you can do that by opening the property page itself.

What to expect when using SFR Spotter:

You can find a list of all of the properties on Zillow that are searchable in your area.

You can filter properties by price, rental history and much more.

When viewing a property, you can see its price, its Zestimate value, the rent, the estimated total ROI, and so much more.

You can also view the last three months of earnings for each property.

You can quickly adjust the financial criteria you want to see for each property.

You can enter a maximum price you want to pay, and a maximum return you want.

You can get a breakdown of how much a property is expected to earn in two scenarios: a) if you get the property for the asked price, and b) if you get it on Zestimate price.

You can also enter your financial preferences for other details of each property, such as the rental history.
