SFR autoDiag is a supplementary tool provided by SFR to facilitate online diagnostics on the SFR customer support portal. This Android application is designed to be used in conjunction with the SAV SFR website's "Start the Diagnosis" section and cannot be used independently.

Once your problem is identified, you will be provided with a set of instructions to attempt to fix it. If your issue cannot be resolved online, you will have the option to request a repair service.

If you encounter difficulties during the online diagnosis, you can request a call back from a technician who may be better equipped to assist you.
