By introducing movements that hydrate our tissues, you'll strengthen your connective tissues. Additionally, you'll experience a newfound sense of calm as we shift your nervous system from fight or flight to relaxation.

Sensing Yoga is suitable for everyone, as the movements are simple and natural. Each position comes with an explanatory video to guide you. The app also offers Yoga Nidra, which can be used as a concluding practice, standalone relaxation, or preparation for a restful night's sleep.

For a one-time fee, you gain access to 9 different classes with varying lengths and focuses, a Sensing yin class, Yoga Nidra, an introduction video, a pandikulations video, and 19 position videos. Once you've explored the classes and positions, you can create a personalized favorite list for easy access to your preferred practices.

Sensing Yoga aims to provide a pleasant and natural way to move your body, with the hope that you'll experience the delightful sensation in your body after each class, encouraging you to come back to Sensing again and again.
