SeHAT e-Health Assistance and Tele-consultation Service is a tri-service Teleconsultation Service for the Armed Forces of India. It also includes all ECHS beneficiaries.

It aims to provide healthcare services to patients in their homes. Video-based consultations between a doctor in a hospital and a patient within the confines of their home have been enabled.

The service supports personnel and families of the three Services (MoD, Army, and Air Force) regarding medical and health-related issues. The SeHAT OPD app enables users to connect with the doctors and nurses of the three Services through video, audio, and chat simultaneously.

The doctors and nurses are based in different locations and are assigned to other patients. Hence, patients can consult doctors and nurses remotely through the Internet. The service provides comprehensive medical and health-related information to its users.
