How does it work?

The app checks your policy details, and if there is a risk of a claim, it sends an SMS to notify you of the incident. You can then view the location of the incident, and if it is within the coverage of your policy, you are automatically assigned Fitter close. You can then follow up on any claims that policyholders have had, including medical expenses, vehicle damage, theft, and other incidents.

How do I make a claim?

First, make sure that your policy details are up-to-date in the app, so that you are covered.

Second, if you have a claim, make sure that you have photos of the incident and that you have the location of the incident recorded. You can then submit your claim by emailing the policy details and the photos to the Seguros G&T Insurance Team.
