See Say is a free iPhone app developed by Elerts Corporation, designed to help make your city, improvement district, or transportation system safer by reporting safety and security concerns. With the See Say app, users can quickly and discreetly inform safety and security dispatchers about problems they see in their community.

The app allows users to send photos, videos, and descriptions of the problem, along with the incident location. Dispatchers can even reply to reports in real-time through the app's chat feature.

From the app's home screen, users have two easy options for submitting information. The "Report a Problem" button allows users to send incident reports directly, with the camera flash automatically disabled to ensure discretion. Users can also choose to send reports anonymously.

In addition to reporting safety concerns, the app also features BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts. These alerts display information from security or police about specific persons of interest, such as missing persons or criminal suspects.
