Linking multiple children to one account is easy, and parents can easily switch between them. Children can also be linked to multiple parent or guardian accounts. Parents can set alerts for new trips or items and balance reminders.

The app supports a variety of payment methods, including credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPoint. Users can view balances and payment history, including payments made in school. Quick Top Up allows users to add credit for meals or wraparound care.

SCOPAY also allows users to order meals from an online menu and pre-pay. Users can book sessions at breakfast or after-school clubs, sign up for optional trips and events, and use easy online forms to give consent and other information. However, some app functions are dependent on the choices of individual schools, and not all schools will use all of the facilities described above.
