Scarab Darkroom is a Windows-based editor and converter tailored for RAW images, supporting an extensive array of digital camera models such as Canon DSLRs, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax, Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, and Fujifilm. This software empowers users to fine-tune various aspects of their images including brightness, contrast, color temperature, hue, saturation, mid-tones, shadows, and lights. Moreover, users can select white balance using a gray area table, with all adjustments reflected on the histogram.

The interface of Scarab Darkroom is photography-centric, featuring raw files at the bottom of the screen and a toolbar on the right side comprising three tabs: directory selection, settings, and EXIF data. This program operates swiftly, delivering exceptional results while preserving image quality, showcasing intricate details. Additionally, it seamlessly integrates with EXIF metadata, enabling real-time preview of RGB changes on the histogram.
