ScanSnap Cloud is a service that allows you to easily scan and upload documents, receipts, business cards, and photos directly to your favorite cloud services without the need for a computer or mobile device. With intelligent optimization and sorting, this app ensures that your scans are organized into the appropriate categories and sent to the cloud services of your choice.

ScanSnap Cloud supports a wide range of cloud storage and line-of-business applications, including Box, Concur Expense, Dropbox, Evernote, Expensify, GoogleDrive, Google Photos, Hubdoc, LedgerDocs, OneDrive, QuickBooks Online, Rocket Matter, Shoeboxed, Talk Acct, SecureDocs, and Xero. You can access your scanned files anytime, anywhere, and on any device through integrated apps.

To use ScanSnap Cloud, you will need a Wi-Fi-supported ScanSnap or a camera-equipped smartphone, a Wi-Fi environment with an internet connection, your account information for your favorite cloud services, and an iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. Once set up, you can easily configure your data's destinations, adjust settings, and view your scans.

With ScanSnap Cloud, you can enjoy features such as automatic optimization of scanned images, creation of searchable PDFs, automatic file naming for easy organization, automatic notifications when scans reach their destination, the ability to change settings or correct mis-files without re-scanning, and the option to use your device's camera to capture and send images through the app.

Please note that the camera function is only available for owners of the Wi-Fi-supported ScanSnap.
