SatSquatch is a powerful tool for weather enthusiasts and professionals that provides access to imagery from the GOES weather satellites (GOES-16 & GOES-17). The user-friendly interface allows access to all available base satellite layers, custom derived products, and the ability to loop through the last 15 images. Additionally, users can toggle overlays for their location, state borders, country borders, major highways, and more.

The base version of SatSquatch includes a full list of available layers, including visible and infrared bands, and derived products such as true color and composite layers. For more advanced features, users can upgrade to SatSquatch Pro to overlay meteorological information such as temperature, dewpoint, or derived quantities such as convective available potential energy (CAPE) from a custom mesoanalysis. The mesoanalysis updates every 15 minutes at a fine resolution of approximately 3km.
