SARLOC is an innovative mobile application that helps Search & Rescue teams locate you in case of an emergency. Originally developed in 2009 by Russell Hore as a web application, SARLOC has been hugely successful in assisting SAR teams to locate individuals who are unsure of their position. With the SARLOC app, users can now get their location even if they don't have a data signal.

The app allows users to share their location with the SAR team directly to their mapping systems, provided they have a SARKey.
