The app allows users to create a personal account through Digital Identity, ensuring a secure and streamlined experience. It features an initial carousel to guide users through the app's functionalities, making navigation intuitive. Users can stay updated with news and events through a dedicated Bulletin Board, while also receiving important information regarding upcoming notices and competitions in the region.

The app provides essential services, including the ability to view and download the Professional Profile Sheet (Scheda Anagrafica Professionale) and the work history via the mandatory communications service. Users can also check their Individual Action Plans (Piani d’Azione Individuali) established under the GOL program. Additionally, the app contains a personal profile section for managing personal information, residency, and domicile details, along with options for assistance and satisfaction evaluation.
