さんすうぼっくす 誠文社ワオっち is an educational app designed to make learning math enjoyable for first-grade students. Through the app, children can develop their understanding of numbers, shapes, and telling time.

The app offers four different content areas for learning:

This section nurtures an interest in telling time and provides a fun way to practice reading clocks.

◆◆いろいた◆◆ (Shapes)

Children can learn about the composition and decomposition of shapes, which serves as a foundation for later learning about congruent transformations. There are two modes available: "Problem Mode," where children arrange triangle color tiles to fit the given silhouette, and "Creation Mode," where they can freely create shapes.

◆◆ぶろっく◆◆ (Blocks)

This section helps children develop a sense of numbers up to 10 in an enjoyable way. "Count Up to 10" involves counting the number of blocks, while "How many more to make 10?" focuses on creating complements of 10. These activities also contribute to understanding addition and subtraction and encourage creative problem-solving.

◆◆すうかあど◆◆ (Number Puzzles)

Children solve addition and subtraction problems to find equations that yield the maximum or minimum answers. This puzzle-like approach allows them to have fun while improving their computational skills. It also helps them develop a sense of numbers and understand the structure of numbers.

さんすうぼっくす 誠文社ワオっち is a collaborative app between educational materials manufacturer Seibunsha Co., Ltd. and the educational app "WAO Corporation." It is based on the successful math teaching material "さんすうぼっくす" that has been widely adopted in many elementary schools.
