The Sangoma Connector is a Chrome extension developed by sangoma-cloud-apps that allows you to seamlessly integrate your Sangoma Business Voice UCaaS phone system with your CRM platforms and web applications. With this extension, you can enjoy features such as click-to-call, inbound screen pops, and call detail tracking.

One of the key features of the Sangoma Connector is call logging. It allows you to capture inbound and outbound calls in supported CRMs based on a matching phone number in the record. This feature is available for popular CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, and Redtail.

Another useful feature is screen pops. When an inbound call is received, the Connector extension will initiate a search in the target CRM or website using the calling number. This feature is supported in over 80 CRMs and websites, ensuring that you have the necessary information at your fingertips when answering calls.

Additionally, the Sangoma Connector offers click-to-call functionality. By simply clicking on a phone number displayed on a website, an inbound call will be initiated to your extension and then connected to the dialed number.

To start using the Sangoma Connector, you can use your standard Business Voice credentials for Single-Sign-on convenience. However, please note that your user profile must be licensed for Connector. Unlicensed extensions will not be able to log in and will receive a message indicating that the user is not entitled.
