The mission of the game is to steal cars and go all over the city to commit different types of crimes. If you get caught, you get sent to jail. The way to get out of jail is to complete the missions that you find in the different parts of the city.

Once you complete a mission, the next one will be even harder and more dangerous. You must be brave, skillful, and quick to drive and shoot. The goal is to go over the city, commit different crimes, and get away without being caught.

The gameplay is simple and easy to understand, but the game does have a very realistic and hardcore feel to it.
