Samsung Level is a free application developed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, which is exclusively designed for Samsung Level products that support Bluetooth. The app offers a plethora of features such as SoundAlive (sound field effects), volume monitor, and voice notification. However, it is worth mentioning that the features supported may vary depending on the smartphone model or connected Level product. Call notifications and missed call notification features are only available for Samsung smartphones. UHQA Bluetooth is available for Galaxy S6 and above, while call notifications are available for Galaxy Note 4 and above.

If you face any issues while connecting after switching models, the app provides detailed pairing mode methods for different Level products. To use the app, the following access rights are required for service provisioning: Phone, Location, and Call log. However, optional access authority such as SMS, Calendar, and Contacts can also be enabled for additional features. If your system software version is lower than Android 6.0, the software must be updated to configure App permissions.
