Sampann, the brand name for Comprehensive Pension Management System, was created to be a single-window service that will bring together all the pension-related services under one roof. SAMPANN provides an online service to its users to manage and track their pension benefits. It is a web-based system that uses the Internet. SAMPANN is currently used by the Controller General of Communication Accounts (CGCA), Department of Telecommunications.

The system will have four main components:

Pension management - this is where users will be able to view their pension benefits, manage their accounts, and track their pension benefits.Accounts management - this is where users will be able to manage their accounts. The user will be able to manage their personal data and their pension benefits. The system will be able to generate a monthly statement for the user to view their account balance. The system will also be able to generate a monthly report that will show the user all the details of their account.SAMPANN online service - this is where users will be able to access their account online. They will be able to access their account and view their pension benefits.
