Saloon Simulator: Prologue is a free simulation title for PC coming from developer Glivi Games S.A. It is a management game set during the Old West wherein players will be running an old-fashioned saloon while dealing with all the complications and dangers such a business entails.

Similar in concept to other games like Supermarket Simulator or Car For Sale Simulator 2023, Saloon Simulator: Prologue lets players experience what it's like to own a business, but with a unique Old Western theme. This version serves as a preview of what the gameplay will be like for the upcoming full game.

Booze and fist fights

Saloon Simulator: Prologue takes place in 19th century America after the Civil War. Everyone is recovering from the aftermath, including you, the owner of a ruined saloon. You will embark on an endeavor to revitalize and revive your ailing business to its former glory. Start by learning to create 12 drinks and recipes that will have your customers' attention and have them come back for more.

You also have to create a welcoming atmosphere for your saloon patrons and you can do so as the game allows for full customization of your establishment, from floors to walls and various furniture and fixtures. There are three merchants to get your supplies from and eight NPCs with whom you can build rapport and friendships and learn more about their stories and motivations.

Conflict will inevitably arise and it's up to you to handle bar fights and keep the peace. There are also criminal elements in the gameplay that have you take part in dubious activities and even experience disposing of dead bodies if need be. Now, if you liked it and want more, you will have to wait for a while longer as the full game is not available yet, and there's no exact date when it will come out either.

Serving drinks and then some

All in all, Saloon Simulator: Prologue is a nice preview to an interesting management simulator game. Its combination of Old Western themes and criminal elements makes for a compelling experience worth checking out. Hopefully, more news about the full game's release will be announced soon.
