Safety for Gmail™ is a Chrome add-on developed by Systena Corporation. This free program adds a misdelivery prevention feature to Gmail™, providing an extra layer of security for email senders.

When sending an email, Safety for Gmail™ checks the recipients to ensure they are within the intended domain. If multiple recipients outside the domain are specified, an automatic warning screen is displayed, allowing users to double-check the recipients. The warning screen provides options to cancel the email sending or convert recipients to Bcc.

It is important to note that the appearance and available actions on the warning screen may differ if the domain administrator has customized the misdelivery prevention policy.

For Gmail users, Safety for Gmail™ offers an additional safeguard against accidental misdelivery. For Google administrators, the paid version of the program provides customization options for the warning screen conditions and attachment warnings.
