This app identifies over 30 harmful ingredients, including BHA, BHT, Ethoxyquin, Propylene Glycol, and By-Products, commonly used by many pet food manufacturers. The app also shows if the scanned product has been recalled by the FDA or manufacturer. Users can add up to 10 additional ingredients to avoid, in case their furry friend is allergic to certain ingredients. The app also has a massive FDA pet food recall database and sends push notification alerts the moment the FDA or pet food company recalls a product. The app does not display any advertisements and uses a subscription model to cover hosting, database, and development fees.
